We’ve introduced a new Menu Presentation Layer that allows brands to create more modern and flexible ordering experiences without restructuring POS menus.

Virtual Categories
Brands can now create non-orderable virtual categories to better organize menus and guide customer selection, improving navigation and menu presentation flexibility.
Virtual & Non-Virtual Product Group Linking
Brands can now create more customizable online menu experiences without changing their in-store POS configuration. This enhancement introduces support for:
- Linking Virtual Product Groups (VPGs) to Non-Virtual Product Groups (NVPGs)
- Linking product groups to ancestor products within the menu structure
Initial support is available for PAR POS (Brink).

Menu Marketing Banners
Brands can now display personalized category banners within menus to highlight featured items, promotions, and new offerings directly from the Customization Center—making it easier to showcase key products and drive engagement.
PAR Games in Hybrid Mobile Apps
PAR Games are now supported in Hybrid mobile apps, bringing interactive gameplay and loyalty reward experiences directly into the customer journey.
Smart Passes in Hybrid Mobile Apps
Users can now add loyalty passes directly to their digital wallets through web and mobile experiences, making it easier to scan in-store and earn rewards—even without downloading the brand’s app.
Modifier Code Management
We’ve improved modifier handling to support more detailed preparation instructions such as “Extra,” “Light,” and “Substitute,” helping improve kitchen accuracy and consistency across ordering channels.
This enhancement does not currently apply to the Kiosk channel.

Void Redemptions & Checkins on Refunds (Punchh)
When orders are canceled or refunded, loyalty points and redeemed offers are now automatically adjusted to ensure guest balances remain accurate.
Guest Identity Integration for Catering Organizations

Catering managers can now apply flexible, custom fee amounts directly to catering orders, improving support for specialized services and pricing scenarios.
