Campaigns
Users Incorrectly Added to Unsubscribed List
From May 15 - July 3, 2024, some Punchh customers were affected by an abnormal increase in non-human click unsubscribes. This issue between our email vendor, SendGrid, affected Microsoft's email domains. SendGrid has identified the incorrect unsubscribes and removed them from their unsubscribe list. SendGrid has provided this list to Punchh, and we have removed them from our unsubscribe list as of August 22, 2024. (CAM-5461)
Resolved Issues With Challenges Module
Recently while working on the Challenges module optimizations, a bug that was introduced in the feature prevented the server from sending details of challenges scheduled for the future over the Mobile API. This would impact businesses with use cases where future challenges must be relayed to the mobile app for guest engagement. This release fixes that issue and restores the legacy behavior. (EPS-8933)

Activate/Deactivate an Adapter From the Adapter List
We have enhanced the Webhooks Manager UI so that an adapter can be activated or deactivated directly from the adapter list via the Actions menu. (INT-2629, PDOC-2630)
