Nash DSP Integration

Nash is a supported delivery service provider (DSP) in PAR Ordering. You can use Nash to dispatch catering delivery orders from your delivery hubs, alongside other DSPs already configured for your brand.

This article covers how to connect Nash at the brand level, attach it to your delivery hubs, and how Nash appears in the catering dispatch workflow.

Nash must be enabled for your account by PAR before you can configure it in the Management Center. To get started, contact your PAR representative.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, confirm the following:

  • Nash has been enabled for your brand by PAR.
  • Your PAR representative has provided or confirmed the Nash credentials for your brand:
    • API Key
    • Organization ID (required for multi-org keys; leave empty for single-org keys)
    • Webhook Signing Secret
  • You have Admin, Brand Manager, or Store Manager access in the Management Center.
  • At least one delivery hub exists for your brand with a Catering Delivery or Delivery Service Partners purpose assigned.

Step 1: Add Nash to Your Brand

  1. In the Management Center, go to Delivery > DSP Management.

  2. Select + Create DSP.

  3. Fill in the required credential fields, including:

    Field Description
API Key The Bearer token provided by Nash for your brand.
Organization ID Your Nash organization ID. Leave this field empty if you have a single-organization API key.
Webhook Signing Secret The webhook signing secret provided by Nash. This value begins with whsec_.
  4. Select Save.

  5. Reopen the Nash integration to confirm the credentials saved correctly.

Step 2: Attach Nash to Your Delivery Hub(s)

After adding Nash at the brand level, attach it to any hubs that will use it for delivery.

  1. In the Management Center, go to Dispatch > DSP hubs and select the hub you want to update.

  2. Navigate to the Delivery Service Partners tab.

  3. Select + Add for Nash under Add DSPs

Nash does not require any store-level form fields. The one-click add uses your brand-level credentials.

  4. Repeat for each hub that should use Nash for delivery.

Step 3: Configure Hub Settings

After attaching Nash to a hub, configure its delivery settings:

  1. In the hub, go to the Settings tab.
  2. Under Delivery Resources, enable Nash.
  3. If your hub uses per-DSP delivery tracking, toggle Enable Delivery Tracking for Nash.
  4. For catering delivery hubs: if you want operators to review Nash's estimated fee and delivery time before confirming the assignment, enable DSP Quote Confirmation.

Nash in the Dispatch Workflow

Once Nash is attached to a hub and enabled in settings, it appears as an option in the catering dispatch assignment workflow.

When assigning a catering delivery order:

  • Nash appears in the Assignment dropdown alongside any other DSPs configured for the hub.
  • If DSP Quote Confirmation is enabled for the hub, you will see Nash's estimated pickup time, delivery time, and fee before confirming the assignment. You can accept or decline — if you decline, the order remains unassigned and you can select a different provider.
  • After a successful assignment, Nash returns a delivery tracking URL and driver location updates, which are visible in the Deliveries view in the Management Center.

Cancellation

Nash supports order cancellation through the dispatch workflow. You can cancel a Nash delivery from the Management Center as long as the order has not yet reached the In Preparation status. Cancellations initiated by Nash are also reflected in the Management Center and on the customer-facing order status.

Order cancellation for Nash may need to be enabled by PAR for your account. Contact your PAR representative if cancellation is not available in your dispatch workflow.
