Enable Olo Webhooks

Work with your Punchh representative to set up the inbound Olo Webhooks for your business. This process is done on the backend by Punchh; it cannot be done in the Webhooks section of the Punchh platform.

Contact Olo

Contact your Olo representative and ensure the same webhook events enabled on the Punchh side are enabled with Olo.
