NCR Silver Punchh Activation

To get your NCR Silver system ready for Punchh, please do the following:

1. Open the NCR Back Office portal and navigate to Settings > Customer > Loyalty Program
2. In the loyalty setup section configure the following:

• Program Type: EXTERNAL LOYALTY PROVIDERS
• Server URL (please ask Punchh to determine which one to use):
  • https://silver-api.punchh.com/silver/ , OR
  • https://silver-api.us-west.punchh.com/silver
• Access token: Value from Punchh that is configured as a brand setting for NCR. This should populate automatically.
• Merchant ID: Provided by NCR.

To complete the activation, please reach out to support@punchh.com and provide the following:

• NCR Silver Store ID (provided by NCR)
• Merchant ID (provided by NCR)
