Timezone Changed for Profile Update Campaigns

In the Profile Update campaign, we have updated the scheduling logic to use the business timezone instead of UTC for improved campaign targeting. (EPS-10362, PDOC-3096)

Loyalty

Guest Timeline Update

Currently, when the guest timeline is loaded, the "Feedback & Replies" and "Referrals" events are displayed by default because these two options are pre-selected in the "Filter Events" section at the top. With this update, "Feedback & Replies" and "Referrals" will no longer be pre-selected by default. Admins will need to manually select these event types in the filter for the corresponding data to appear on the guest timeline. (EPS-10260)
