Migrated

If your business had a previous loyalty program before switching to Punchh, we can create an easy transition for guests of your previous program by migrating them with their information intact when they sign up for your new Punchh-powered program.

During your initial implementation, you can provide Punchh with a list of all the guests (and their data) that belonged to your previous program, resulting in an Awaiting Migration list. When a user from that list signs up for your new program and we can successfully match them, their information (including previously earned points/punches/checkins/money) is transferred to their new account. These users are also moved from Awaiting Migration to the Migrated Guests list, visible in Guests >Migrated.

Notes

• You can click on the name of a guest to open their Guest Profile.
• Guests in Awaiting Migration may be identified during new user signup by matching email address, phone number, and/or member/card number from your previous program.
• Gifted Value is determined by the conversion factor you indicated when you provided Punchh with your migration list during implementation.
