Guest Profile: Payment Cards

The Payment Cards tab of a guest's profile shows all saved payment types for that particular guest.

The following details are available on the page:

  • Payment Adapter: Shows which adapter the card is associated with, PAR Payments, Heartland, etc.
  • Card Nickname: Shows if the guest has entered a nickname for the card.
  • Name on Card: Shows the name of the cardholder.
  • Card type: Visa, Mastercard, etc.
  • The last four digits of the card number
  • Expiration Date
  • Preferred toggle: The toggle in the ON position indicates the card is the guest's preferred (default) payment method. This can be adjusted by an admin.
