RMA Process Flow
- Contact your assigned Help Desk route to request an RMA.
- The Help Desk will troubleshoot your device to determine if an RMA is necessary.
- If the Help Desk determines the device requires an RMA, they will assist in gathering the necessary details to process the request.
- After the Help Desk processes the RMA request, a replacement device will be shipped out. The shipping timeframe for the replacement device, as outlined in the table below, will then begin.
- Upon receiving the replacement, contact the PAR Help Desk for assistance with setup.
- Pack the damaged device and use the emailed label to ship it back.
- Note: If not returned within 10 business days, you are billed the full price of the device plus a 15% fee.
Important:
- For urgent RMA requests, please email the Help Desk. Once you receive your case number, kindly follow up with a call to the Help Desk.
- Submitting an RMA request does not guarantee a replacement device will be shipped. The Help Desk will determine if an RMA is necessary.
