Points & Tiers Expiry Settings in Program Rules

A new Points & Tiers Expiry tab is now available in Program Rules, giving brand administrators direct visibility into loyalty points and membership tier expiry configurations. Admins can view expiry strategies with contextual fields displayed based on the selected re-evaluation method (e.g., Expiry Day/Month for "Annually on a Specific Date," Membership Expiry Warnings for "Annually on Membership Level Bump Anniversary," and Inactive Days for "Guest Inactivity"). Full Access admins can also edit warning notification thresholds such as Expiry Warning Days and Final Expiry Warning Days, while all other expiry strategy fields remain read-only and continue to be managed through existing channels.
