Bug Fixes on NCR Aloha POS

Added new "Revenue Codes To Exclude" and "Terminal Ids To Exclude" configuration values in Punchh POS Control Center for the NCR Aloha Proxy under Policy Management > [select policy] > POS Configurations. (PD-6334, EPS-11284)
Removed MULTCURR_TOTAL from Aloha in calls sent to Punchh in receipt details as it caused problems. (PD-6229, EPS-11392)
Fixed an issue where checks closed without tender sent in from another terminal (like a Kiosk) were not sending correctly to Punchh. (PD-6241, EPS-11284)
Fixed an issue where only the Terms and Conditions flag was sent with the POS Signup and not the SMS Compliance message, causing the message not to fire. (PD-6371, EPS-11780)
Fixed a problem with Loyalty Pay (FKA Single-Scan Flow) where data was incorrectly cached between checks, causing user look-up to fail on some future checks. (PD-6205, EPS-11503)
Fixed an issue where modifiers with a modifier code (NO, EXTRA, etc.) would cause the parent/child relationship in Punchh to fail and further cause discounting issues. (PD-6305, EPS-11697)
Fixed an issue where special/accented characters in Unicode/UTF-8 were incorrectly encoded and displayed as "?" on receipt messages. (PD-6240, EPS-11557)
Fixed a problem where guest look-up in Redemptions 1.0 failed when using guest code only. (PD-6335, EPS-11354)
Updated Aloha Proxy to have a route for correctly identifying gift card sale items. (PD-6306, EPS-11663)
