CCT (Credit Card Terminal) Not Ready Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing the "CCT Not Ready" error on your PAR Pay device, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
Reseat the LAN Cable
Ensure that the LAN or Y-Adapter cable is properly connected to the CCT.
Ensure that the other end of the cable is securely attached either to a network/LAN port, the COM box, or the firewall/switch.
Power Cycle CCT
Unplug the power cable from the CCT.
After 60 seconds, plug the power into the CCT and allow it to fully boot up.
Restart the Register
Hold down the power button on the register until it shuts Windows down and powers off.
Switch the register back on to allow it to boot back into Windows and start the POS software.
Verify Network Profile is set to Private
- Click on the Windows symbol and type Settings
- Select Network & Internet
- Choose Ethernet from the list on the left
- Click on the Ethernet Connection listed at the top
- Choose Private if not already selected
- Changes should automatically save. If prompted, confirm changes and exit.
Confirm Whitelist Settings
Verify with your third-party firewall company that the appropriate settings are configured in their whitelist.
PARPOS communicates to the CCT over Port 8030.

Firewall Outbound Rules/Services for PAR Pay transaction processing
on the Verifone and Ingenico Devices:
- a) Primary URL/IP: ms01.auruspay.com/198.22.206.230
- b) Secondary URL/IP: ms01.auruspay.com/198.22.206.230
- c) Port: 443
Note: Be sure to whitelist both the IPs and URLs.
