Kiosk Setup - Overview

We know that our Clients like to understand how certain processes go — and setting up a Kiosk is one of them, so here's an overview of how it happens.

Kiosk setup - step by step

1. Decide which Kiosk model you prefer. We recommend checking PAR Ordering Kiosk Hardware Information and Certification Process.
2. Our Onboarding Team will share a Kiosk Rollout Tracker Spreadsheet with you, for you to enter Kiosk-specific information used for the Kiosk Setup.
3. They will then come back to you with Kiosk Hostnames on the Kiosk Rollout Tracker and Windows Setup For Kiosk and Order Number Display, so you know how to go through the Windows setup for your Kiosk.
4. Now you need to go through that Windows setup. Once done:
   • Request the Kiosk installation from the Success Team at menu-csm-team@partech.com.
   • Our TechOps masters will install and configure it and come back to you.
