Catering Order Editing

Users and store managers can now modify catering orders after placement, with built-in controls to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with business rules.

Order Injection Method

We’re introducing a new capability that gives brands greater control over how and when orders are injected into the POS. Brands can now configure the POS injection method per order type, allowing workflows to better align with operational needs.

Menu Visibility Enhancements

We're introducing Master Product Groups with product-level visibility overrides. Brands can reuse a single product group while controlling which modifiers are visible per product, menu, and store, reducing duplication and increasing flexibility.

Catering Prep Sheets

Kitchen and catering teams can now automatically generate standardized, print-ready prep sheets for catering orders. These task-focused summaries are optimized for preparation, fulfillment, and delivery, improving clarity and accuracy across all catering order types.

Increase Cart Lifecycle

The cart lifecycle has been extended to 15 days, allowing users to return to and complete orders without losing their selections.

Extend Orders in Advance

Catering orders can now be placed up to 365 days in advance, supporting long-term planning for large events and recurring catering needs.

Otter Cloud Kitchen Integration

PAR Ordering now integrates with Otter, enabling orders to be routed for kitchen aggregation, preparation, and fulfillment while maintaining reporting accuracy and operational reliability.

Test Store

Brands can now enable a Test Store Experience directly from the Management Center. Specific users can be granted access to a test store environment, allowing teams to safely test ordering flows and configurations without impacting live operations or real users.

POS Next – NCR Aloha (COM)

We're introducing NCR Aloha (COM) integration via the POS Next middleware.

Dynamic PAR POS Integration Configuration for DSPs

We’re extending PAR POS integration settings to allow more granular configuration of tender types and destinations for DSP-fulfilled orders.

Analytics Dashboards Improvements

We’ve rebuilt key analytics dashboards in the Management Center to improve performance and reduce load times. While functionality remains the same, dashboards now benefit from improved styling and responsiveness:

PAR POS – Configurable Tender Type per Destination

Brands can now define different tender types per destination or order type, replacing the previous limitation of a single tender for all online orders.
