SIX Payment Terminal Setup (Ingenico Desk 3500)

General Information

To be able to communicate with SIX Payment terminals we use the SIX TIM service.

Payment Terminal Setup

1. Connect LAN- and Power-Cable to the terminal (the terminal will start)

2. Press the function-key to setup the terminal and select the following:

   1. Pre-configure
   2. ECR Integrated
   3. LAN
   4. LAN
   5. Static
   6. Enter: IP address / Subnet / Gateway / DNS1 / DNS2
   7. Servers: Select serv.ep2.telekurs.com
   8. TrmID: enter the Terminal ID

3. The terminal will now install available updates, configure itself and restart several times.

4. The IP address and the terminal ID (TID) need to be provided to PAR Ordering Support for the connection to the PAR Ordering Kiosk Software.

5. After complete setup the terminal should show: Willkommen/Welcome
