Labor Hours Alert Report

Use this report to create custom alerts so that employees do not work more than 30 hours, as is the requirement for new health laws. Specify date range and indicate when to look at Schedule vs. Actual Hours. For example, if running this report after what is considered end of day for a Unit/Unit Group, specify the Schedule From Date to the following day, since timecards have already been imported for the previous day. However, if the report is run in the middle of the day and the units import multiple timecards throughout the day, then the timecards for the day it is being run on will need to be excluded since they are not complete. The report shows actual and scheduled hours, but can be customized into an alert.

Parameters

• Unit Group: Select Unit Group to view.
• Unit: Select Unit to view.
• From Date: Starting Date.
• Through Date: Ending Date.
• Scheduled From Date: Select the Scheduled From Date.
