Install and Log In to App

The PAR OPS app is available for download on both Apple and Android devices.
You can find it on the Apple App Store for iPhones and iPads, and on the Google Play Store for Android smartphones and tablets.

Employees will use their own personal email address to access their PAR OPS account. Managers will need to add their email address to the employee file in the Employees activity. Refer to the Employees article to learn more.

How do I Download and Install the App?

1. Open the app store on your device

   • iPhone/iPad: Tap the App Store icon
   • Android phone/tablet: Tap the Google Play Store icon

2. Use the search bar, type "PAR OPS" and tap Search

3. Find the app in the results and tap Get(Apple) or Install(Android)

4. Once installed, open the app and log in with your credentials

How do I log into the app for the first time?

1. If this is the first time you are accessing PAR OPS, select First Time User
2. Enter your email address
   Note: Use the email address associated with your employee profile in PAR OPS
3. Select Get My Password to get a temporary password emailed to you
4. To log in, re-enter your email address and the temporary password. Select Log In
5. Enter a new password following the password requirements.
6. Select Save

How do I reset my password?

1. Select Forgot Password
2. Enter your email address
3. Select Reset Password
4. A temporary password is emailed to you
5. To log in, re-enter your email address and the temporary password. Select Log  In
6. Enter in a new password following the password requirements.
7. Select Save
