Payroll Setup Wizard

Payroll Setup Wizard is used to setup payroll configuration or labor integration points.

This activity is in the Smart Client ONLY.

How Do I Assign A Unit To A Payroll Group?

Once you have opened Restaurants, perform the following

  1. Navigate to the unit
  2. Navigate to the 'PAYROLL GROUP' column
  3. Select the appropriate group from the drop down list
  4. Click the Green Checkmark

How Do I Assign A Payroll Processor?

Perform the following when setting up a Payroll Provider.

  1. Select the new payroll provider
  2. Acquire payroll provider contact information
  3. Acquire file specs from payroll provider
  4. Enter a professional services assistance ticket for the PAR OPS staff to complete

OR

  1. Select the new payroll provider
  2. Acquire payroll provider contact information
  3. Acquire file specs from payroll provider
  4. Create a new group
  5. Create a new processor
  6. Create all export files and assign to the new processor and the current processor
  7. Define which unit(s) will be the unit
  8. Assign the new export file(s) to the current payroll group for the test unit(s)
  9. Export new files for new payroll provider along with current payroll files for current payroll provider
  10. Send current payroll files to the current provider
  11. Send new payroll files to the new payroll provider for test
  12. Make adjustments to the export file(s) as is directed by new payroll provider
    1. The export file changes will need to be made to both the export file for the current processor as well as the new processor.
  13. Establish a go live date
  14. Enter a support ticket to change payroll groups
  15. Work with PAR OPS and new payroll group will be assigned
  16. Process new payroll

How Do I Change Payroll Groups?

There are many different ways you can change a Payroll Groups it all depends on the situation. Below are the different types of situations that a Payroll Group can be changed.

Logins

Change the Subscription Groups for the MU Users to the new Subscription Group

Payroll Setup Wizard

  1. Verify the payroll group for this new subscription group has been added.
    1. If not, create what is needed.
  2. Identify the smart group assigned to this payroll group
    1. A Smart Group must be assigned and assign this same group to all MU users that should be able to process payroll.

Restaurants

Perform the following If a unit is switching payroll groups,

  1. Select the open ellipsis
  2. Select Payroll Group Assignment History tab
  3. Add the new line assigning the new payroll group with beginning and ending dates.
  4. Make sure the ending date of the previous payroll group is the end of that payroll group’s payroll period and that period is closed and locked.
  5. Make sure the beginning date of the current payroll group is the start of that payroll group’s payroll period and is open, unapproved and unlocked.
  6. Assign the new Payroll Group to the main row under the 'PAYROLL GROUP' column.
    1. This should be assigned to both new units and any that are switching after the Payroll Group Assignment History has been applied
    2. Check for any hidden or archived stores and remove them from the payroll group

MU Logins

Give MU Logins the new Payroll Smart Group found in Payroll Setup Wizard > Payroll Groups and ensure the MU Login has Smart Group Access to every store within the new payroll group. **

New Smart Groups

If new Smart Groups should be created for the new subscription group or they should be rearranged, make these changes in Smart Groups and apply the correct groups to MU logins giving them access.

Why Is The Form Blank At The Unit For The Authorize Pre-Payroll Data Form?

The login for that user does not have the correct smart group assigned

Once you have opened Restaurant, perform the following

  1. Navigate to the unit
  2. Navigate to the 'PAYROLL GROUP' column
  3. Make note of the group assigned
  4. Open Payroll Setup
  5. Navigate to the Group tab from the 'PAYROLL GROUP' column in the Restaurant Units form
  6. Expand the details for that group
  7. Make note of the Smart Group assigned to this Group
  8. Open Logins
  9. Select login that should have payroll access to this group
    1. To select multiple logins, hold the CTRL key and select each login.
  10. Click  Smart Groups
  11. Set the parameters:
    • Operation: Assign Group
    • Group: Select the correct Smart Group(s).
  12. Click Ok
  13. Click the Green Checkmark

What Jobs Are Marked as Tipped in PAR OPS?

Below are the steps to see what jobs are marked as tipped in PAR OPS.

Once you have opened Payroll Setup Wizard, perform the following

  1. Select the Jobs radio button
  2. Click the Next button on the Task Ribbon
  3. Locate the 'TIPPABLE' column. If it is checked is checked, then the position has been assigned a tip

What Additional Monies Are Counted As Wages?

There might be times where you will want to see what Earning Contributions are are counted as wages. Below are the steps on how to perform this function.

Once you have opened Payroll Setup Wizard, perform the following.

  1. Select Pay Memos radio button.
  2. Select the Next button on the Task Ribbon.
  3. Locate the 'EARNING CONTRIBUTION' column.

If Earnings Contribution has a check, this memo is counted as wages.

Attempting To Run Reports Troubleshooting

If you run a report that is blank or the group is not available for choice in the drop down list, the login for that user does not have the correct smart group assigned

Once you have opened Restaurants, perform the following

  1. Navigate to the unit
  2. Navigate to the 'PAYROLL GROUP' column
  3. Make note of the group assigned
  4. Open Payroll Setup
  5. Navigate to the Group tab from the 'PAYROLL GROUP' column in the Restaurant Units form
  6. Expand the details for that group
  7. Make note of the Smart Group assigned to this Group
  8. Open Logins
  9. Select login that should have payroll access to this group
    1. To select multiple logins, hold the CTRL key and select each login.
  10. Click Smart Groups
  11. Set the parameters:
    1. Operation: Assign Group
    2. Group: Select the correct Smart Group(s).
  12. Click Ok
  13. Click the Green Checkmark

Explanation of Payroll Processors Columns

Here is an explanation of the Bands, Tabs, and Columns that are found in the Payroll Processors.

Important Note

  • Only those columns highlighted in red must be entered if payroll is not being processed using PAR OPS but labor is being posted to DBS accounts. No other columns need values.
  • Only those columns highlighted in green must be entered if payroll is being process using PAR OPS. All other columns only have values if need.

Main Band

  • 'DESCRIPTION' column:  This is where the name is entered for this processor
  • 'STANDARD PATH' column: This where the file(s) is entered for this processor to be exported
  • 'EMPLOYEE NUMBER START' column: This is where the value is entered to be assigned to the next new employee
  • 'NEW HIRE JOB DEFAULT' column: This is where you enter the job when a new employee is entered
  • 'ALLOW MULTIPLE RATES PER JOB' column: This is checked to export multiple rates for one job worked during the payroll period
  • 'HIDE' column: This is checked if this processor should not be allowed for a selection

Export Files Tab

  • 'FILE TYPE' column: This is selected to determine the type of file that is needed from the drop down list
    • Employees New and Modified: This is selected to create a file to export employee information for new and modified employees Only
    • Pay Data (Generic): This is selected to create a file to export employee timecard and pay memo details
    • Employees New: This is selected to create a file to export employee information for new employees Only
    • Employees Modified: This is selected to create a file to export employee information for modified employees Only
    • Employees Rehired: This is selected to create a file to export employee information for rehired employees Only
    • Employees Terminated: This is selected  to create a file to export employee information for terminated employees Only
    • Employees Paid All: This is selected to create a file to export employee information for all employees paid during payroll batch period Only
  • 'EXPORT FILE NAME' column: This is where the file name that needs to be exported
  • 'EXPORT TYPE' column: This is where the export format type is selected
  • 'EXPORT LABELS' column: This is checked if the file should be exported with labels
  • 'COMMENT' column: This is where a comment is entered
  • 'HIDE' column: This is checked if this file should not be allowed to be selected

PAYROLL EXPORT TOKENS:

The following are tokens that will create one Export file.  Different batches may have different names.

  • [today] = yyyyMMdd
  • [mmddyy] = mmddyy
  • [yymmdd] = yymmdd
  • [pgn] = Payroll Group Name
  • [pgc] = Payroll Group Code
  • [ped] = Payroll End Date yyyyMMdd

The tokens below force RMDC to create individual export files for individual units.

If several units have the same Unit Payroll Code and [puc] token is used, the units data can be exported to the same file.

  • [puc] = Unit Payroll Code
  • [u#] = Unit Number

Template Tab - Main Band

  • 'COLUMN ORDER' column: This where the order for this column to exported as part of the file is entered
    • If more than one value should be entered in the same order, enter the same value in this box
  • 'LABEL' column: This is where the label for this line is entered
    • If more than one value should be entered in the same order, enter the same label in this box.
  • 'OVERWRITE LABEL' column: (In the column chooser) use this column if multiple columns are to have the same label name exported
  • 'TYPE' column:  You will need to select one of the type options for this line
    • Employee: This is selected to allow choices in the ‘FIELD’ column to show column selections from employee setup
    • Employee Flag: This is selected to allow choices in the ‘FIELD’ column to show employee flags selections assigned in employee setup
    • Payroll Batch: This is selected to allow choices in the ‘FIELD’ column to show values specific to the payroll batch
    • Constant: This is selected to allow a user to create a constant to be used along with the ‘VALUE column.
    • Timecards: This is selected to allow choices in the ‘FIELD’ column to show values specific to timecard entries
    • Pay Memos/Other Earnings: This is selected to allow choices in the ‘Field’ column to show values specific to Pay Memo/Other Earning entries. This column also requires a user to select specific pay memos to export in the 'EARNING/PAY MEMO' column
    • Generic column: This is selected to allow choices in the 'FIELD' column to show values specific to generic entries
    • Concatenation: This is selected to allow a user to expand the details for this line and select multiple lines that have previously been entered to create one concatenated value.
      • Concatenated / Calculated  Fields tab
        • 'ORDER' column: This will define the order of line
        • 'FIELD' column: The drop down list will populate with lines already part of the export format. Select which line to use
        • 'FIELD' column: The field selected for the ‘TYPE‘ column will be selected in the previous column
          • This column is not available for use Concatenation or Constant has been selected as 'TYPE' column.
        • 'VALUE' column: The value entered for this line if ‘TYPE’ column = Constant
        • 'EARNING/PAY MEMO' column: If ‘TYPE’ column’ = Pay Memos/Other Earnings, select from the drop down list of available memos and earnings.
        • 'VISIBLE' column: This is checked  if this line should be exported
          • If this box is unchecked this will allow a line to not be an individually exported column but does allow this line to be used for a 'CONCATENATED' field
        • 'HIDE' column: This is checked if this line should not be exported
          • Checking this box not only removes this line from the export, it will not allow this value to be exported as a concatenated field

Formatting Band

  • ‘SORT SEQUENCE’ column value is entered if more than only line has the same ‘COLUMN NUMBER’ to sort which value comes in what order
  • ‘MASK’ column: This is where a mask is entered if needed
  • ‘LENGTH’ column: Select a specific value or leave as Floating
  • ‘ALIGNMENT’ column is selected to determine the text alignment either Left or Right
  • ‘PADDING CHARACTER’ column allows a user to add spacing characters
  • ‘MULTIPLY BY’ column is where a value is entered if the export value should be a different value.

Job Aliases Tab

If a particular job selected has default values setup in the main Jobs tab, those will populate and may be overwritten by processor using this tab.

  • 'PAYROLL JOB' column job is selected from the drop down list
  • 'REGULAR JOB' column: A value is entered to be exported for this job
  • 'REGULAR DEPARTMENT' column value is entered to be exported for this job
  • 'OVERTIME JOB' column: A value is entered to be exported for this job
  • 'OVERTIME DEPARTMENT' column: A value is entered to be exported for this job
  • 'BRANCH' column: A value is entered to be exported for this job
  • 'JOB TYPE' column: A value is entered to be exported for this job
  • 'HIDE' column: This is checked if the value should not be exported

Earnings Aliases Tab

If a particular job selected has default values setup in the main Earnings/Memos tab, those will populate and may be overwritten by processor using this tab.

  • 'EARNING/PAY MEMO' column: Earnings/Memo option is selected from the drop down list
  • 'HOURS EXPORT CODE' column: A value is entered to be exported for the selected Earnings/Memo option
  • 'AMOUNT EXPORT CODE' column: A value is entered to be exported for the selected Earnings/Memo option
  • 'INVERT SIGN' column: This is checked to adjust the sign
  • 'HIDE' column: This is checked if the value should not be exported

Flag Aliases Tab

If a particular job selected has default values setup in the main Flags tab, those will populate and may be overwritten by processor using this tab.

  • 'PAYROLL FLAG' column: This Flag is selected from the drop down list
  • 'YES EXPORT VALUE' column: This flag is selected if you want to export the value
  • 'NO EXPORT VALUE' column: This flag is selected if there is no value to export
  • 'HIDE' column: This is checked if this value should not be exported

Lookup Tab

'DESCRIPTION' column is selected from the drop down list. Once selected, then enter the 'EXPORT VALUE'  column

Employee Aliases Tab

If a particular job selected has default values setup in the main Employment Status Change Reason tab, those will populate and may be overwritten by processor using this tab.

  • 'TYPE' column:: This is where you will select the correct option
    • Status: Employee status used in conjunction with the ‘TYPE’ column
    • Export Status: Payroll export status used in conjunction with the ‘TYPE’ column
  • 'DESCRIPTION' column:: This is where you will select the correct option
    • If TYPE= This is where the correct status option is selected  Active, Inactive or Terminated
    • If TYPE= This is where the correct Export Status option is selected New, Rehired, Modified, Not Exported or Not Changed
  • 'NEW EMPLOYEE EXPORT VALUE' column: This is where you enter the value to be exported
  • 'MODIFIED EMPLOYEE EXPORT V ALUE' column: This is where you enter the value to be exported
  • 'HIDE' column: This is checked if this value should not be exported

Required Fields Tab

This is where  the required field fields are selected for payroll

Required Flags Tab

Select the required flags for payroll

Job Tip Status Aliases Tab

  • 'JOB TIP STATUS' column::
    • Tippable Primary Job, Tippable Current Job
    • Tippable Primary Job, Non Tippable Current Job
    • Non Tippable Primary Job, Tippable Current Job
    • Non Tippable Primary Job, Non Tippable Current Job
  • 'EXPORT VALUE' column: This is where the value is entered to be exported
  • 'HIDE' column: This is checked if this value should not be exported

Modify Qualifiers Tab

The Modify Qualifiers tab is used to send modifications to the payroll processor.

  1. Select the row of the processor to be modified
  2. Click "..." to to show the Employee and Flags tabs
  3. Select the Filed to modify in the 'FIELD' column
    1. Only select fields which are being modified. If a field is not being modified, do not include the field in the list.
  4. Select the mode that the field maps to 'MODE' column
    1. Some payroll processors separate fields into specific files.

Ensure that the modified field is mapped to the correct Mode for the processor to read the modification. 
You cannot map a field to multiple modes (i.e. Mode 2 & 3). If a modified field is included in multiple files, select Employee Modified in the Mode column.

  • 'HIDE' column: This is checked if this value should not be exported

Easy mode does not have an option to show hidden rows. Carefully consider this before selecting the Hide option

Tip Distribution Mapping Tab

  • 'PAY MEMO' column: This where you will choose the Pay Memo assigned from Tip Distribution
  • 'MAPPED PAY MEMO' column: This where you will assign the pay memo to be assigned for export

Overtime Rules Aliases Tab

  • 'RULE' column: This is where the rule is selected from the drop down list
  • 'EXPORT VALUE' column: This where the value is entered to be exported for this rule
  • 'HIDE' column: This is checked if this value should not be exported

Explanation of Payroll Groups Columns

Below is an explanation of bands, tabs, and columns when Payroll Group is open.

Important Note

  • Only those columns highlighted in green must be entered if payroll is being process using PAR OPS. All other columns only have values if need.

Main Band

  • 'DESCRIPTION' column: Enter the value that will appear in the drop down list for certain report parameters and in Restaurants
  • 'PAYROLL PROCESSOR' column: Select the appropriate processor from the drop down list
    • The list shows processors entered in the Processor Tab.
  • 'COUNTRY' column: Select the appropriate country this group uses from the drop down list
    • The country selected uses the overtime payroll calculations setup in Payroll Rules.
  • 'HIDE' column: Put a check in this box to remove this ‘Group’ from view for report parameters and in Restaurants.

Open Payroll Period Band

  • 'CALENDAR' column: Select the appropriate calendar from the drop down list
    • The list shows those calendars entered in Calendars.
  • 'PERIOD START' column: Select the appropriate date from the drop down list
  • 'PERIOD END' column: This a read-only field whose value populates automatically according to the ‘Calendar’ and date entered in the ‘Period Start’ column.

Overtime Calculations Band

  • 'FIRST WEEK DAY' column: Select the first day of the payroll week
  • 'OVERTIME METHOD' column: Select how overtime should be calculated when an employee works in multiple locations
    • Group: Overtime is calculated using total hours an employee works in the payroll group assigned as a whole
    • POS: Overtime is calculated according to what the POS assigns
    • Unit: Overtime is calculated on a unit by unit basis
    • External: Overtime is calculated using an external method
  • 'PREMIUM METHOD' column: Select how overtime should be calculated when an employee works multiple jobs
    • Job: Overtime is calculated using the rate assigned to the job being worked when the overtime hours are worked
    • Day Weighted Average: Overtime is calculated using the weighted average rate assigned to the job(s) being worked for the day when the overtime hours are worked
    • Full 7: Day Cycle Weight – Overtime is calculated using the weighted average rate assigned to the job(s) being worked for the entire payroll week when the overtime hours are worked
    • Highest Above Min Wage Rate: Overtime is calculated using the highest rate that is above minimum wage rate assigned to the employee
    • Weighted Average: Overtime is calculated using the weighted average rate assigned to the job(s) being worked for the payroll week up to the point when the overtime hours are worked
    • Highest Rate: Overtime calculated using the highest rate assigned to the employee
  • 'ALLOCATION METHOD' column: Select how overtime dollars should be assigned when an employee works in multiple locations
    • Calendar: Overtime is assigned to the unit according to when the overtime hours are worked
    • Home/Borrowed Precedence: Overtime is assigned to the borrowed unit
  • AUTO-CALCULATE BELOW MIN WAGE EARNINGS column: Check the box to allow PAR OPS to automatically calculate below minimum wage earnings to be posted to Pay Memos

Export Settings Band

  • Enter values in this tab for specific values to be assigned and/or exported as part of the payroll/employee export files.
  • 'EMPLOYER ID' column: Enter the export value for this column
  • 'GROUP CODE' column: Enter the export value for this column
  • 'GROUP EMPLOYEE NUMBER START' column: Enter the value to be assigned to the next new employee
  • 'IGNORE GROUP NUMBERS GREATER THAN' column: Enter the value for employees who will not be exported if their ‘Group Employee number’ is greater than the value entered
  • 'DATE ROLLUP' column: Select the date range the export will export values per employee, per job
    • Period: Export will show values as one value per payroll period
    • Week: Export will show values as one value per week
    • Day: Export will show individual daily payroll values
  • 'EXPORT SALARY EMPLOYEES' column: Select if salary employees will be exported and how
    • None: No salary employees will be exported
    • Employees: Salary employees will be exported as employees
    • Timecards: Salary employees will be exported using timecards
    • Pay Memos: Salary employees will be exported using payroll memos
  • 'POSTING MODE' column: Select how the payroll values will be exported
    • Employee: One line per employee per ‘Date Rollup’
    • Job: One line per employee per job per ‘Date Rollup’

Tip Management Band

Use this band to setup pieces in Cash-Out Servers and/or Distribute Tipshare

  • 'SHARE %' column: Enter the percent to be tipped out to tip share employees
  • 'DISTRIBUTION METHOD' column: (In the column chooser) - Select how the tip share is to be distributed
    • Business Date: Tip share distributed by date
    • Shift: Tip share distributed by shift (Shifts set in Calendars, Server Checkout Shift tab)
  • 'ROUND TO THE NEAREST DOLLAR' column: Put a check in this box to round to the nearest dollar

Unit Employee Maintenance Band

  • 'USE DC JOB RATES' column: Check if DC rates are to be used.
    • This box is unable to be checked if ‘Overtime Method’ = POS
  • 'AUTO APPROVE DC RATES' column: (In the column chooser) check if DC Rates are to approved automatically
  • 'ALLOW EDIT CURRENT DAY’S TIMECARDS' column: Check, if this is to be allowed
  • 'ALLOW HIRE WITH NON ELIGIBLE STATUS' column: Check, if this is to be allowed
  • 'ADD NEW' column: Select how new employees are to be added
    • Person-Home Unit: Select if the home unit can add a new employee
    • Person-Borrowed: Select if the borrowing unit can add a new employee
    • Responsibility: Select if responsibilities can be added
    • Fully Restricted: Uncheck all boxes and no new employees can be added
  • 'MODIFY' column: Select how employees are allowed to be modified
    • No Restriction: Select if employees are allowed to be modified
    • Fully Restricted: Select if employees are not allowed to be modified
  • 'TERMINATE' column: (In the column chooser) select how employees are allowed to be terminated
    • No Restriction: Any user with access can terminate
    • Unit Only: Only a unit user can terminate
    • Multi-Unit Only: Only a multi-unit user can terminate
  • 'VIEW STATUS HISTORY' column:
    • No Restriction: Select if status history is able to be viewed by anyone with access
    • Pay Group Only: Select if status history is ONLY able to be viewed by users with the correct payroll smart group
  • 'DEFAULT SCHEDULED' column: Check if new employees should automatically be available for scheduling
  • 'AUTO REASSIGN HOME UNIT' column: (In the column chooser) choose how/when an employee’s Home Unit will be reassigned
    • Never-Manual reassignment: The home unit will remain as the original value and will have to be manually reassigned
    • No Hours in Home Unit: After an employee is borrowed, reassign the home unit to the traded unit if there are no hours in the original Home Unit
    • Termination at Home Unit: After an employee is borrowed, reassign the home unit to the traded unit once terminated at the original Home Unit

Legal Name Band

  • 'ORGANIZATION NAME' column: Enter the value
  • 'ADDRESS' column: Enter the value
  • 'EIN' column: Enter the value

Other Band

  • 'ALLOW EDIT UNPAID BREAKS' column: Check, if this is to be allowed
  • 'CUSTOM 1,2,3' columns: Enter custom values

Smart Groups Tab

  • 'SMART GROUP' column: Assign the ‘Payroll’ smart group that will be assigned to this group.
  • 'GROUP CODE AND GROUP TYPE' column: Auto filled according to the ‘Smart Group’ assigned
  • 'GROUP SCOPE' column:
    • Group Only: Select if only those users with this group should be allowed access to this group
    • Group and Children: Select if only those users with this group or child of this group should be allowed access to this group
    • Group and Parents: Select if only those users with this group or parent of this group should be allowed access to this group
    • Group and Parents and Children: Select if only those users with this group or parent or child of this group should be allowed access to this group
  • 'COMMENT' column: Enter a comment

Export Files Tab

These files do not automatically populate, each file must be selected individually.

  • 'FILE' column: Select the file from the drop down list associated with the processor selected
  • 'NAME' column: Enter the export name for the selected file
  • 'EXPORT LABELS' column: Put a check if labels are to be exported
  • 'HIDE' column: Check if this file should not be exported
  • 'COMMENT' column: Enter a comment

Employee Self - Service Options Tab

Select setup options to be used with web services

  • 'ENABLED' column: Check if this function is allowed
  • ''TYPE AND DESCRIPTION' column: Read only columns to describe the function

Explanation of Payroll Flags Columns

Once you have opened Payroll Flags, the following screen will  display.   Here is an explanation of the Bands, Tabs, and Columns that are found in the Payroll Flags.

Explanation of Columns

  • 'DESCRIPTION' column: This is where the Flag name is entered

  • 'VALUE TYPE ' column:  This is where one of the following options is selected:

    • Yes/No
    • Integer
    • Money
    • Look/Up
    • Text
  • 'COMMENT' column:  This is where a comment is entered about this flag

  • 'DEFAULT VALUE' column: This is where the value that should default for each new employee created is entered

  • 'REPORT SORT ORDER' column: This is where the order this flag should be viewed on reports and in Employees

  • 'SECTION' column: This is where the section this flag should be viewed for reporting

  • 'RESERVED': This is a read only field for flags we import from POS.

    • This does not mean that every POS export has this value.
  • 'HIDE' column: This is checked if the value should not be available for entry

    Easy mode does not have an option to show hidden rows. Carefully consider this before selecting the Hide option.

  • 'DETAILS' column: Click to to show the Lookup tab

Explanation of Tabs

After clicking Details "..." the Lookup tab will display.

  • 'DESCRIPTION' column:  A  description is entered to choose in Employees field
  • 'EXPORT VALUE' column: A value is entered to be exported
  • 'HIDE' column: This is checked if the value should not be available for entry or exported

Important Note

Explanation of  Clock In Rule Columns

Enable Add Pay feature:  This is checked if you want to increase base pay by a defined amount (such as a percent) for a specified reason, such as a holiday: The column, 'CLOCK IN RULE', impacts how Add Pay is applied.

  • Clock In Rule = ON: the adjustment is determined based on Clock in Time
  • Clock In Rule = OFF: the adjusted is determined from time periods from midnight to 11:59:59 pm.
