Trades
Entering trades is a crucial task for effective inventory control and management. When items are transferred to other stores, they must be deducted from the current store's inventory and added to the receiving store's inventory. Using the Trades activity in PAR OPS allows the sending store to enter this data and the receiving store to accept it, ensuring that each store can properly account for and sign off on the delivered products. This process ensures accurate accounting and inventory levels. By leveraging the Trades activity in PAR OPS, businesses can enhance operational efficiency, maintain precise inventory records, and ensure seamless inter-store transfers, ultimately supporting better financial management and customer satisfaction.

What is the goal of Trades?
The primary goal of trades in enterprise systems is to ensure accurate and efficient management of inventory transfers between locations.
