Upcoming Receipt Tag Lookback Period Update, February 02

We are introducing a configurable lookback period for receipt tags, giving brands more control over how far back receipts are evaluated when creating new tags. This feature will be enabled on February 02, 2026. (LPE-1657, PDOC-3548)

With this enhancement:

  • All newly created receipt tags will default to a 180-day lookback from the current date.
  • Brand admins can optionally extend the lookback period up to the last 2 years (730 days) by selecting a custom date range using the calendar in the UI.
  • This improvement helps brands tag recent purchases faster while still supporting longer-term analysis when needed.

Important: This change applies only to new receipt tags created after the rollout. All existing tags that were created using lifetime receipt data will remain unchanged and continue to function as expected.

Restriction of Redemption to Once Per Device

Fixed a bug that allowed redemption of a promo code multiple times on the same device for brands using the /api2/mobile/coupons API. We have added a validation to restrict redemption of the same promo code multiple times on the same device in the /api2/mobile/coupons API. This restriction will be controlled by the existing “Once Per Device” flag, as seen in the coupon campaign setup flow. (EPS-11052)
