Modifier group pricing is now supported within the Price Change feature. Users can define price overrides for modifier group items directly in Settings Editor; overrides are applied at the POS and accessible via the External API.

Alert Subscription Filtering

Alert subscriptions are now filtered by location access. Users only receive notifications for the locations they are permitted to access, improving both security and relevance.

KITCHEN

Print All on First Bump

BRNK-66273

Batch-prints all order labels and chits when a kitchen operator first bumps an item. A complementary option to suppress kitchen chit and label printing on send prevents duplicate prints when both features are used together.
  1. Log in to Admin Portal, then expand Configuration.

  2. Select Settings Editor.

  3. Select Kitchen Queue.

  4. Change On Bump Print To to the printer that will be printing the chits/labels

  5. Click the checkbox next to Print All on First Bump.

  6. Save and Publish your changes.

To also enable Suppress Chit/Label Printing on Send:

  1. Click Options.

  2. Select the Kitchen tab, then the General tab.

  3. Click the checkbox next to Suppress Chit/Label Printing on Send.

  4. Select OK, then Save and Publish changes.

Delivery Notes on Future Order Screen

BRNK-67055

Future Orders now support dedicated Delivery Notes. Cashiers can enter per-order delivery instructions without affecting a customer's saved address. Standing address notes and order-specific notes are stored and displayed independently.

Surcharges Split Per Order

BRNK-65932

When an order is split, per-order surcharges are now correctly recalculated on each resulting check, ensuring totals are consistent whether a transaction is placed as a single order or divided into multiple checks.

Override Prep Time for Future Orders

NUC-2117

Operators can manually set a custom prep time on any future order, replacing the default calculated prep time. The override is saved, displayed with a visual indicator, and respected by the automatic order-send scheduler.

PRINTING & RECEIPTS

Printer Message for Delivery Notes

A new tag, %Notes%, has been added to the print template system. Customer delivery instructions can now appear automatically on printed receipts and labels without manual intervention.
  1. Log in to Admin Portal, then expand Configuration.

  2. Select Settings Editor > Printer Messages.

  3. Click Add New Printer Message or select an existing message.

  4. Add the tag %Notes% where you want delivery notes to appear on the receipt.

  5. Select OK, then Save and Publish changes.

Box Count Labeling in Printer Config

BRNK-66275

Automatically adjusts label printing for large orders with identical items, reducing label clutter and helping kitchen staff verify counts at a glance — especially useful during peak hours.
  1. Create a script using the Box Count function.

  2. Add the script to Scripts in Settings Editor.

IsEdited Status in Printer Config

BRNK-66280

A new IsEditedfunction has been added to the Printer Config Tool, allowing chit printer and kitchen ticket scripts to detect whether an item has been edited versus newly added.
  1. Create a script using the IsEdited function.

  2. Add the script to Scripts in Settings Editor.
