Approval Logs Report

The Approval Log (RDC_ApprovalLogs_Rpt) lists all approvals for a selected date range.

Parameters

The parameters enable users to select specific groups and units and a date range. It is also possible to filter for just Not Approved Items to display the items needing approval to close a period.

Report

The document map on the left allows users to go to specific units, then dates, and lists the type of approval (in this example, these are all unapproved items for July 2016). The report lists the details of the activity.
