The Time Cards feature provides flexibility and control over payroll data by allowing you to add or edit time cards as needed. Additionally, you can mark specific entries as "Ignore for Payroll" to ensure they do not post to payroll. This functionality helps maintain accurate payroll records and prevents errors, streamlining the payroll process and enhancing data integrity.
How do I add a time card?
- Go to Time Cards
- Select Add Time Card
- Enter the time card details
- Select Save
How do I delete a time card?
Time cards cannot be deleted only marked to be Ignored for Payroll or edited.
How do I edit a time card?
- Go to Time Cards
- Select the chevron for the time card to be edited
- Enter the appropriate changes
- Navigate to Modified Reason and enter a comment
- Select Save
How do I add a break to a time card?
- Go to Time Cards
- Select the chevron for the time card to be edited
- Select Add Break
- Enter the break details
- Navigate to Modified Reason and enter a comment
- Select Save
How do I mark a time card as Ignore for Payroll?
- Go to Time Cards
- Select the chevron for the time card to be edited
- Navigate to Ignore for Payroll
- Select toggle to Yes
- Navigate to Modified Reason and enter a comment
- Select Save
How do I remove an employee's hours from all current and future time cards?
- Go to Employees.
- Navigate to the Employee
- Select Labor Options
- Select Ignore for Payroll
Filters
- Show Ignored: Ignored records will not be posted to payroll
- Period: The date range will default to the current payroll week. Select alternate dates within the current payroll period.
