The PAR OPS Resource Center is an in-product hub designed to centralize all the tools, guides, and support you need, accessible when and where you need them.

This always-accessible experience will empower you with:

• Self-service AI Chatbot: Get real-time answers to your questions directly in the Portal.
• New Releases: Stay informed with the latest product updates and essential guides.
• Help: Quick access to the most used articles, FAQS, and step-by-step instructions to resolve common issues.
• Resources: Seamlessly connect to PAR resources, including training through PAR Academy, knowledge articles through PAR Knowledgebase, and links to other PAR products and resources.

How do I access and use the PAR OPS Resource Center?

1. In the Portal, select the purple Help icon to open the Resource Center.
2. Ask a question and select Ask Copilot to get instant answers from the PAR Knoweldgebase.
3. To view new release information and guides, select the Helpsection to learn more.

What is the PAR OPS Knowledgebase?

The PAR OPS Knowledgebase features step-by-step guides on how to use PAR OPS. The Knowledgebase is divided into Accounting, Configuration, Cost of Goods, and Labor.

How do I access PAR OPS Knowledgebase?

1. Select PAR OPS Knowledgebase in the Resource Center.
2. The PAR OPS Knowledgebase will open in a new tab.
3. Use the search to find specific articles or use the menu to find articles you need.

What is PAR Academy?

If you’d like to learn more about how to use PAR OPS and take courses at your own pace, sign up for PAR Academy.

How do I access PAR Academy?

1. Select PAR Academyin the PAR OPS Resource Center.
2. PAR Academy will open in a new tab.
3. If you are a new user, select “Don’t have an account? Sign up here.”
4. Enter your personal information including:
   • First and Last name
   • Work Email
   • Password
   • Which PAR products do you use? (multiple selections allowed)
   • What user role mostly aligns with your usage?
   • Country
5. Select Submit
   You’ll be automatically placed into groups based on your selections, so you can access content relevant to your PAR products and start learning!

Self-enrollment can take up to 24 hours to process.
