Waste
Entering waste activity is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient resource management. By documenting waste, organizations can identify patterns, reduce unnecessary losses, and improve overall operational efficiency. This practice not only helps in minimizing costs but also supports sustainability efforts by promoting responsible resource usage and waste reduction. PAR OPS conveniently allows you to track waste allowing you to monitor and explain any item variances that may occur such as spillage, spoilage, or theft without affecting actual Cost of Goods or Theoretical Usage amounts.
